Performance + At-Home Sleep Study: your terms in full

We call you the next business day to set up your at-home sleep test; its $297 is paid on that call, before the device ships, and cannot be refunded once it ships, as it is a disposable medical device. Alpha Longevity Visit: your terms in full
$1,497 in total, with everything included, the at-home sleep study among it. Nothing is due to book and no card is taken to hold your time. You pay at your visit. Because the sleep study ships to you first, the earliest times shown are a few days out. Please give us at least two business days’ notice to cancel or move your visit. We are cash-pay, do not bill insurance, and provide HSA and FSA receipts.

Common Questions
It might be part of it. Age is one input among many, and on its own it does not explain much. What we can tell you is what your numbers are doing across hormonal, thyroid, metabolic and cardiovascular markers, read together, on the same morning. That is a different question from “is this normal for your age,” and it is the one we are set up to answer.
Most of those models lead with testosterone and fit you to a standard plan. We work the other way round. We measure 61 blood biomarkers and 150+ clinical markers in total. The hormone panel runs in our own laboratory in this building, and the whole picture is read with you before you leave. There is no algorithm writing your protocol and no subscription you are locked into.
Not unless your testing points that way. Testosterone is one marker among many, and reading it on its own can hide what is actually driving how you feel. Eligibility for any treatment is determined by the clinical team after evaluation, and that evaluation is the whole point of the visit.
A clean panel is an answer too. You leave with your full results and a written protocol either way. You also leave with a baseline you can measure the next few years against. Knowing where you actually are is worth the morning, whichever way the numbers fall.
Very. There is no waiting room, appointments are spaced so you do not meet anybody else, and the consultation is one to one. Your appointment, your results and your protocol stay between you and your clinician.
