What you are booking is the Alpha Performance Assessment, a diagnostic evaluation, not a prescription. Completing an assessment does not guarantee any particular treatment. All treatment decisions are made independently by the treating clinician based on his medical history, evaluation, diagnostic findings and clinical judgment. No outcome is promised or implied.
