Three things, then your visit.

  1. Your confirmation arrives.

    Email and text, within a minute or two. It carries the date, the suite number and the parking. Keep it. It is also how you reschedule if you need to.

  2. A short intake form.

    Five minutes, at your own pace, before you arrive. Your history and your goals reach the clinical team ahead of the visit so the time is spent on you rather than on paperwork.

  3. You arrive and we measure.

    Ninety minutes, start to finish. Bloodwork is drawn and run here, and your results are read with you the same visit, not emailed a week later to interpret alone. If your visit includes the at-home sleep study, the disposable device reaches you beforehand and its results are read alongside everything else.
