    Ninety minutes, start to finish. Bloodwork is drawn and run here, and your results are read with you the same visit, not emailed to you a week later to interpret alone.

Interrupted breathing at night, and the drops in blood oxygen that go with it, are associated with changes across the hormonal and metabolic markers your visit already measures. It is also the driver men are least likely to have had looked at. You can spend a year working on the wrong thing while eight hours a night go unexamined.

Adding it now is the only way it can be read alongside your bloodwork at the same visit. The device has to reach you before you arrive.
